Beatitudes

1) Blessed are the poor in Spirit
For theirs is the kingdom of God
Blessed are the mourners, they’re comforted
And the meek shall inherit the earth
And the meek shall inherit the earth

2) Blessed are the thirsty for righteousness
And the hungry for they shall be filled
Those that show much mercy are shown mercy
And the pure for they shall see their God
And the pure for they shall see their God

Blessed are you when men revile you
When they exclude you
And falsely accuse you for My name

Rejoice, be exceedingly glad
For great is your reward
When men hate you leap for joy
(repeat)

3) Blessed are the peacemakers they shall be
Called the sons of the most Holy God
And those persecuted for righteousness
For theirs is the kingdom of God
For theirs is the kingdom of God
